Great beachfront access, convenient location, excellent service, comfortable rooms, and good food and drinks.

I was drawn to the South Pointe Park and chose Loews for its convenient location. While there, I was pleasantly surprised by the vibrant dining options and free nightly entertainment along the pastel-colored pedestrian corridor, adding an extra layer of enjoyment to my stay.
Overpriced additional fees for refrigeration and microwaves made the stay less desirable.

we were greeted by the friendly bell guys and directed to front desk. the young lady who checked us in was extremely pleasant and upgraded us to a room with a phenomenal view of the ocean. we felt super special from the moment we got there till we left. all around a great stay and will definitely be back! ! the loews miami beach is well-staffed; the pool is amazing; the beach was beautiful and full of chairs and staff to set up towels and bring food and drinks; the hotel food and coffee was a little overpriced, but right in front of the hotel is aroma espresso bar which has excellent options and is more fairly priced. best advice for the pool during spring break - go downstairs at 6:30a.m. ish to reserve your chairs. they don't put the chair covers on the chairs until 7a.m., so you have to stay until your chair covers are on. everyone was very respectful and did not take reserved chairs the chairs may be taken). loews was able to upgrade our room at check-in which was great. we had an ocean view and balcony in the main tower. finally, loews has a text system, so if i ever needed a menu or wanted late checkout or extra towels, i could just send a text and it was all taken care of. great hotel! it was ideally located near all the attractions in south beach. i like the location and loved the beach and pool area was awesome. the people who greeted you were very kind and friendly. people at the pool area were awesome. they were kind and helped every time. the hotel was soo nice and pretty. i would come back again for sure.

We had the most incredible time at this hotel! The staff were amazing, especially Dan the manager, who went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. The food was absolutely delicious, catering to all our dietary needs, including vegan options. The hotel itself is stunning, with beautiful grounds and a convenient location near Lincoln Road and Ocean Drive. We also appreciated the safety measures at the pool, perfect for our family with young kids.

My recent stay at Loews was fantastic, with spacious and beautifully furnished rooms. The beach facilities were great, and the pool area was amazing with little extras like fresh flavored water and sunblock provided. The staff were friendly and always willing to help. The only drawback was the high prices for food and beverages. I'll definitely recommend this hotel.

the rooms in tower 2 were clean and tastefully designed. the hotel is super close to many miami spots. the breakfast outside overlooking the pool and ocean was fantastic. the staff's excellent service made our stay beyond amazing.
